I go to YouTube to seek additional help with software like Photoshop and Illustrator. Dan from Envato Tuts + breaks down each and every tool of Illustrator in a 3 hour-long video. The video is broken into 7 main sections and I can go back at any time.
A 3-hour video seems long, but no one is forced to sit down and watch it. Dan is helpful and informative about the fundamentals of Illustrator.
